Dr Coral Arvon

Chelle Theobald, M.A., LMHC

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful, positive change through a healthy and supportive counseling approach. Whether you’re navigating a tough season or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone—let’s take the next step together.

Taking action is the first step toward change. I use structured, goal-oriented, and evidence-based approaches to help you navigate life’s challenges and build a path toward healing and growth. While we can’t change the past, we can change how we view ourselves, the world around us, and how we move forward.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself—empowered, self-aware, and resilient.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2009. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and adolescents, focusing on:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Addictions & Eating Disorders

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Couples Therapy

  • Intimate Partner Betrayal & Recovery

  • Domestic Violence/Abuse Recovery

  • Divorce & Co-Parenting (Including with Personality Disordered Individuals)

  • Coping with End-of-Life & Terminal Illness

  • Relationship Discernment

  • Personality Disorders

  • Life Transitions & Self-Esteem Issues

  • Body Image & Self-Worth

I’m in the process of becoming Gottman Certified, and have completed Level 1 Training, Treating Trauma and Affairs, and The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work through the Gottman Institute. My primary treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I’m currently pursuing certification in Traumatic Stress Studies through The Trauma Research Foundation. I also integrate a holistic mind-body-soul approach, recognizing that true healing happens on multiple levels.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three wonderful children—a daughter and two sons. I’ve experienced my own share of life’s ups and downs, and that helps me connect with others in a real, meaningful way. I believe there’s always light at the end of the tunnel—and that asking for help is a powerful first step.

Therapy is a collaborative journey. I’ll meet you where you are, and together, we’ll work to bring light, healing, and joy back into your life. Hope and transformation are possible—and I’d be honored to support you on your path.
