Brooke Grossfeld, RMHC, MFT
Life presents each of us with unique opportunities for change, healing, and personal growth. As a therapist, Brooke recognizes that everyone’s journey towards their goals is unique. Her primary focus is to cultivate an authentic and trusting therapist-client relationship, where you feel heard and understood. You and Brooke will work collaboratively to transform your narrative, gain insights into your experiences, and alleviate psychological symptoms, leading you towards a healthier and happier life.
Brooke draws from diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. This allows her to tailor each session to your specific needs. She believe in flexibility, allowing the process to evolve organically, fostering self-discovery, inner peace, and ultimately, self-fulfillment.
Brooke has a dual masters from Barry University in Mental Health Counseling and Family and Marriage therapy. She works with individuals, teens, families, and couples.
