Dr. Arvon has earned a Doctorate in Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Masters in Clinical Social Work.

She is also a Life Coach trained in Strategic Intervention by Tony Robbins & Cloe Madanes Coaching Program.

Trained at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital – Out Patient Psychiatry, Mount Sinai’s Medical Center Emergency Room, Henderson Mental Health Clinic, and also Here’s Help for Addictions.

She graduated from Boston University, Barry University and Columbia Pacific University.

Whether its psychotherapy or coaching, Dr. Arvon believes in intense treatment and will often work with singles, families and couples for 90 to 120 minutes, sometimes 2 days back to back.

She has been known to fly to your city and work with couples and extended families for entire weekends.

Currently Dr. Arvon sees private patients in Aventura, Doral and Plantation, Florida. Follow-up sessions are always available in the Office or on the Phone, Skype and FaceTime. Many of her patients prefer this for convenience and when they are traveling.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Arvon has held the position of Director of Behavioral Wellness at the world renowned Pritikin Longevity Center.
